He is survived by: his son Jim Gustaf (Wendy) of Fenton, IL; his grandchildren, Melanie and Alex Gustaf; his sisters, Linda Dugan (Craig) of Bellville, MI, Joann Vervaecke of East Moline and Cindy Johnson of Silvis; and his sisters-in-law, Lyn Gustaf of Monmouth, Annette Gustaf of Colona and Donna Gustaf.
