She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Sr. Hintz and Mildred Hintz (Spencer); her husband Grant Cobb; her son-in-law Tom Genz; and her siblings, Barbara Hintz, Luella Potter, Raymond Hintz, Edgar Hintz, Jr. and Darlene Jellings.

She is survived by: her daughter Lois Genz (Tom) of East Moline; her granddaughter Kathy Genz Sotelo (Vinnie); her great grandchildren, Meagan Kranich (Jake) and Sarah Sotelo; her great great grandchildren, Wyatt and Grayson Kranich; and her siblings, Robert Hintz, Doris Lehrman and Margaret Ford.
