He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Vogler and Marjorie Inloes Vogler; and his brother Gale. He is survived by: his children, Jason Vogler (Lihua) and Korey Vogler; his grandchildren, Lauren DeVries (Michael), Justin Vogler, Jillian Vogler and Hayden Vogler; and his siblings, Gaylord Vogler (Roberta) and Marlene Baker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge 301.
