It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerome C. Piper of Silvis, Illinois, born in Moline, Illinois, who passed away on February 17, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Theodore Russell and Frankie Mildred Piper (Hannah); his former wife Judith Herbst; his wife Judy; his daughters, Jill Lorenzi (Charles) of Lake Geneva, Joette Castro (Steven) of Lake and Jacalyn Pillsbury (Peter) of Laguna Beach, California; his grandchildren, Henri, Elizabeth Lorenzi, Chase, Cameron, Connor Castro, Francis and Elias Pillsbury; and his sister Shirley Burns of East Moline.

Memorials may be made to Hope United Church of Christ, Moline.
