He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Gross and Henry; his daughter Lori; his son-in-law Rob Kiefel; and his brother Ed.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn J. Wagner; his sons, Gary Gross (Pam), Jeffrey Gross (Wendy) of Naperville, IL and Bradley Gross (Cathy) of Chicago Ridge, IL; his grandchildren, Beth Lipka (Josh) of Gretna, NE, Doug Gross (Amanda), Bill Kiefel (Mariel), Becky Dufresne (Randy), Ben Gross (Jackie) of Jacksonville, AL, Andrew Gross (Allie) of Columbia, SC, Logan Gross (Bekah) of Durant, IA, Dylan Gross (Marissa), Hill Air and John James Gross of Chicago Ridge, IL; and his great grandchildren, Tyler Gross, Hannah Lipka, Rachel Lipka, Aurora Gross, Levi Gross, Darcie Gross, Colin Gross, Kate Gross, Kyle Gross, Claire Gross, Eva Gross and Everett Gross.
