She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Ohda and Mable Ohda (Glynn); her spouse Freddie Joe Weidenbach; her grandchildren, Kelly Kennedy, Ashley Weidenbach and Zebulon Weidenbach; and her siblings, Carol Gilroy, Sharon Schmitt, JoAnne Hall, Fred and Frank Ohda.
She is survived by: her children, Jim Brown (Helen) of Rock Falls, IL, Barb Wegrzyn (Steve) of Justice, IL, Mike Brown (Pam) of Sterling, IL, Patrick Brown of Sterling, IL and Peggie Kennedy (Kurt) of Marion, IA; her stepchildren, Jason Weidenbach of Marquette, IA, Zod "Troy" Weidenbach (Daniel) of Milwaukee, WI, Parris Weidenbach (Karen) of Waukesha, WI and Athena Lance (Jim) of Solon, IA; her siblings, Janet Ryan of Harmon, IL and Lynn Kineson of Sterling, IL; her brother-in-law Jack Hall of Sterling, IL.; Tara Brown of Winnebago, IL. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics Cancer Research.
