He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Edward and Mattie May Webb, Sr. (Jones); his wife Ruth Ellen Cox; his daughters, Brenda Hawley (Randy) and Renae Harroun (Wade); his grandchildren, Jason Haggard, Michael Hendricks, Rachael Frizzell, Ashley Bell (John), Levi Harroun and Sarah Harroun; and his sister Edna Davis. He was also cherished by 10 great grandchildren.
