He was predeceased by: his mother Diane Ballard; and his grandparents, Kathryn Daab (John) and Walter Ballard (Shirley). He is survived by: his father Ernie Ballard (Sue); his wife Hollie Ballard; his uncle Dan Ballard; and his aunt Donna Moore. He is also survived by nieces and cousins.
