He is survived by: his wife Cindy Kincaid; his children, Odetta Frommelt, Garry Stark (Kristi) and Aaron Stark (Adrienne); his stepsons, Shane Leonard and Jacob Leonard; his mother-in-law Barbara Kincaid; and his siblings-in-law, Lori Possley (Steve) and Todd Kincaid (Tracy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
