He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Billy Robertson and Doris Robertson (Trotter) of Sims; his wife Glenda Robertson of Sims; his son Ricky L. Robertson of Sims; his stepsons, Tony Wilson of Texas and Jason Cooper of Fairfield; his grandchildren, Lucas Robertson, Dillon, Curtis Wilson, Kaleb Cooper, Fallon Fry, Roy Lawson, Adam Lawson, Zach Lawson, Sarah Benka and Raven Hutchinson; his sisters, Tamara Drake (Bradley) of Mt. Vernon, IL and Shari Robertson of Fairfield; and his stepson Roy Lawson.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Johnson and Vaughn Funeral Home, Inc. (106 NE 4th St, Fairfield, IL 62837). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at the PIN Oak Cemetery (915 County Rd 1000 N, Sims, IL 62886).
