She was predeceased by: her husband David Michaelson; her parents, Samuel Kaplan and Sophie Kaplan (Billow); her siblings, Sidney Kaplan (Shelly) and Sylvia Yaseen (Richard); and her siblings' child Billie Yaseen.
She is survived by: her children, Lynn Michaelson Cohn (Charles A.) and Benjamin D. Michaelson; her granddaughter Sophia Cohn; and her sibling's children, Esta Kessler (late Mel), Martin Yaseen (Hava), Larry Yassen and Harry Yaseen.
