She was predeceased by: her husband David Michaelson; her parents, Samuel Kaplan and Sophie Kaplan (Billow); her siblings, Sidney Kaplan (Shelly) and Sylvia Yaseen (Richard); and also Billie Yaseen.
She is survived by: her children, Lynn Michaelson Cohn (Charles A.) and Benjamin D. Michaelson; her granddaughter Sophia Cohn; her niece Esta Kessler (late Mel); and her nephews, Martin Yaseen (Hava), Larry Yassen and Harry Yaseen.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Memorial Park Cemetery (9900 Gross Point Rd, Skokie, IL 60076).
