He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlos Carrillo and Juana Carrillo (Cruz). He is survived by: his wife Teresita of Skokie, IL; his children, Juan Carlos Carrillo (Cesar Chavarry) of Chicago, IL and Vivian Briscoe of DeKalb; his sister Sonia Carrillo; and his goddaughter Lourdes De Leon.
Memorials can be made to the family to be established at a later date.
