With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lisa Hershenson (Skokie, Illinois), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 5, 2026 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Ford and Ruth Leininger Ford; her father-in-law Loren Hershenson; and her sibling-in-law Van Gaylord. She is survived by: her husband Michael Hershenson; her children, Audrey Hershenson (Robin Murray) and Tess Hershenson; her siblings, Viktoria "Viki" Ford (Stephen Kaufman), Erik Ford and Chuck Ford; her mother-in-law Barbara Gaylord (late James); her siblings-in-law, Marc Hershenson (Theresa), Lynn Feldman (Michael) and LeeAnn Alexander (Bruce); and her nieces and nephews, Adam Boskey (Jen), Reed Boskey (Lauren), George Ford, Cian Ford, Sam Ford, Rowen Fields, Natalie Hershenson, Lana Hershenson, Alison Nelson (David) and Samanatha Alexander.
In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated via check to The Garden Club of Evanston, 2202 McDaniel Ave, 60201, with a note that they are in honor of Lisa Hershenson or the charity of their choice.
