The passing of Rosalie Edelstein (Skokie, Illinois), born in Brooklyn, New York leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on July 25, 2025 at the age of 86. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Rosenwasser and Frances Rosenwasser; and her sibling Jerry Rosenwasser (Jackie). She is survived by: her husband Stuart Edelstein; her children, Geoffrey Edelstein (Alison), Helene Gelberg (Russ) and Michael Edelstein (Cindy); her grandchildren, Daniel (Jamie), Matthew Edelstein (Anouk), Jessica Dannen (Aaron), Madeline, Emma, Natalie Gelberg, Benjamin and Samantha Edelstein; and her great grandchildren, Logan and Noah.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Skokie Chapel - Under The (8851 Skokie Blvd, Skokie, IL 60077). A burial will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 1:45 PM and at 9:00 PM at the Westlawn Cemetery (7801 W Montrose Ave, Norridge, IL 60706).
