He was predeceased by: his wife Anna Parashos; his son John Parashos; and his brother Andreas Parashos (Vetta). He is survived by: his son Mark; and his siblings, Maria Fellios (late John), Christina Droulias (late Athanasios) and Dimitra Kostaras (late Athanasios).
