He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel S. Mahara (Ann) and Ester Endrus (Ray); and his siblings, Margarette Wright (Richard), Bessie Wirtz (Fred), Samuel E. Mahara (Mary), Zelma Hulett, Robert Delbert Mahara, George Joseph Mahara (Debbie) and Hugh Seymour Mahara.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; and his siblings, Patty Lynch (Pete Dodson), Tena Laswell (Dennis), Ruth Bolf (Steve) and Michael Kurns.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Open Door in Sandwich, IL or the charity of one's choice.
