He is survived by: his sister Clair Erickson (Denny); his former wife Vicki; his daughters, Kimberly Sammarco (Mario) and Sherri Middleton (Steve); his wife Evelyn; his children, Franklin Kurtz (Colette), Theresa Low (Richard) and David Kurtz (Kim); and his grandchildren, Jeremy Middleton (Jill), Jessica Lovell (Chase), Tyler Middleton (Kenzie), Liz Middleton, Michelle Smith (Scotty), Kristal Martner, Melissa Watts (Tom), James Speerly (Kimberly), Matthew Speerly and Trevor Kurtz (Alison). He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
