Gary W. Davis Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gary W. Davis of Somonauk, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 14, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Gary may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Gary touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Jan Davis; his children, Todd (Karla), Melanie (Steve) and Chad (Paul); and his grandchildren, Cody Davis (Justine), Logan McDermott (Jon), Lexi Campbell (John) and Evan Taxis (Megan).
A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Turner-Eighner Funeral Home - Somonauk (13160 US-34 W, Somonauk, IL 60552).
