He was predeceased by: his sister Julie Beeler; and his parents-in-law, Raymond and Wilma Osborne. He is survived by: his wife Doris Osborne; his children, Kendra Potter (Matthew), Angela Shoener (John) and Bradley Rogers; and his grandchildren, McKenna Potter Willig (Nathan) of Corpus Christi, Texas, Morgan Potter of Somonauk, Douglas of Somonauk, Grant of Somonauk, Alexander Shoener of Somonauk, Montana of Somonauk, Olivia of Somonauk, Calleigh of Somonauk and Dayton Rogers of Somonauk. He is also survived by numerous sisters and brothers in law, nieces, nephews and many cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations will be collected and used toward the creation of a memorial at Somonauk Community Park in Larry's honor, and to St. John's Lutheran Church of Somonauk. Make a donation to one of the following charities in remembrance of Larry Ray Rogers.
