He was predeceased by: his father Edward Harper; his brothers, Jeffrey, Steven, Timothy and Jay; his stepfather Albert Stuber; his father-in-law Jerry Kiley; and his sister-in-law Susan Kiley.
He is survived by: his mother Janice Stuber (Ostrander); his wife Patricia Kiley; his sisters, Deanna Seiler (Steve), Beth Carlson and Janel Betsinger (Charles); and his mother-in-law Marjorie Kiley. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
