She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Walsh and Hazel Walsh (Beaton); and her sister Gayle Wadley. She is survived by: her husband Gene Snyder; her sons, Gene Jr. Snyder (June) and Alan Snyder (Debby); her grandsons, Aaron Snyder (Brandi Buss), Justin Smith and Brandon Smith (Heather); her great grandchildren, Liam, Logan Smith and Cain Snyder; and her siblings, Bette Peterson (Ronald), Rodney Walsh (Pat), Jack Walsh and Bill Walsh (Jane). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in Frances name to Noah's Ark Animal Sanctuary, 111 N 1st St, Rockford, IL 61107.
