He is survived by: his parents, Jerome Jennings (Delia) and Trudy Stamper; his children, Keith "Turk" Stamper Jr., Javin Davis-Stamper, Malachi "Phat Dad" Stamper, Jerome "Suga Bear" Stamper, Zavius Stamper and Zarail Stamper; his grandchildren, Brilani Lea Stamper and Jai'Anna Amor Stamper; and his siblings, Andre Jennings (Denise), Tami Jennings, Lea Stamper, Romar Johnson and Kevin Stamper (Octavia).
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Community Baptist Church (1634 Center St, South Beloit, IL 61080). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
