He was predeceased by: his father Lewis; and his grandfather Mike Dixon. He is survived by: his mother Connie Masterson Sr. (Holt); his children, Kurtis Masterson and Dakota Masterson (Jordan Ellsworth); the mother of his children Andrea Twine; his grandchildren, Maddi Hooper, Oliva Ellsworth and Bo Elsworth; his siblings, Luke Masterson, Deborah Masterson and Beth Campbell; and his close friends, Shana Kazsuk, Stacy Mansfield, Greg LaFontaine and Rob Trimble.
