Meri L. Turner Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Meri L. Turner of South Beloit, Illinois, who passed away on March 10, 2025, at the age of 38, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Grant Turner, Linda Schuenke, Virgil and Linda Simplot; her niece Kaylyn Chojnacki; her nephew Jaxson Stryhn-Earle; and her uncles, Kevin Simplot, Chris Simplot and Dan Gorrell.

She is survived by: her parents, Allen Turner (Jackie) of South Beloit, IL and Kimberly Simplot of Beloit, WI; her fiancé Gary Jenkins of South Beloit, IL; her children, Leila Keniston, Tallen Turner and Joshua Jenkins; her siblings, Justin Turner (Beni) of Madison, WI, Andrew Gochanour of South Beloit, IL, Heather Chojnacki (Bobby) of Footville, WI, Emily Stryhn of Janesville, WI, Amy Stryhn (Travis Earle) of Beloit, WI, Ashley Cridelich (David) of Montello, WI and Erica Turner (Samantha) of South Carolina; her nieces and nephews, Kaiden, Gage, Amaiyah, Kylee, Hudsyn, Weston, Aieden, Victoria, Kaleb and Lucy; her aunts and uncles, Clayton Simplot (Christine), Kerry Simplot (Judy), Joni Hardin, Sara Gorrell and Jeannie Simplot; and her grandmother Patricia Turner.

Meri's legacy will live on through the vital organs she was able to donate after her passing.
