She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Millay and Ethel Millay (Kline); her husband Emmett Gowman; her granddaughter Heather; and her sisters, Irene Phillips and Elizabeth Palko.
She is survived by: her children, James Gowman (Jacinda) and Laurie Ludlum (Chris); her grandchildren, Brett Hundley (Ashley), Jade House (Dannie), Cody Gowman and Zachary Gowman; and her great grandchildren, Nevayah, Ashi'ya, Aylah, Zachary Jr., Giana and Myles.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in her name may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
