It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven W. Green of South Beloit, Illinois, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on October 10, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, William Green and Mary Green (Cotton). He is survived by : his wife Patricia Green (Kleparski); his daughters, Leigha and Emily Green; and his siblings, Jerry Green, Ken Green (Denise) and Nancy Rick. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews.

The first is to honor Steve and his love for nature, the family is requesting donations be made to The Nature Conservancy. As appendix cancer is a relatively rare the family is asking for donations to the Appendix Cancer Pseudomyxoma Peritonei (ACPMP) Research Foundation to further support research efforts of appendix cancer.
