With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mitchell P. Krasowski Jr. (South Elgin, Illinois), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 18, 2025 at the age of 80. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sharon; his children, Mitchell "Mick" P. Krasowski III (Dana) and Katherine Janek (Ken); his grandchildren, Emma Krasowski, Austin Krasowski, Kevin Janek, Grant Janek and Kayla Janek; and his sister Arlene Thompson.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory of South Elgin (95 S Gilbert St, South Elgin, IL 60177). The inurnment will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery (1185 Algonquin Rd, Palatine, IL 60067).
In lieu of flowers, donations to American Heart Association would be appreciated.
