Rodriguez of South Elgin, Illinois, born in Sterling, Illinois, who passed away on April 21, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Enrique Rodriguez and Noemi T. Rodriguez (Carrera); his sisters, Olivia Clevenger and Linda Allen; his brother-in-law James Mimms; his niece Heidi Stahler; and his nephew Joel Ibarra.

He is survived by : his wife Kimmie Rodriguez of Rock Falls; his children, Amy Rodriguez of Sterling and Brandon Rodriguez of Hanover Park, IL; his siblings, Grace Sodawasser (Gary) of Sterling, Martha Ibarra (Jose) of Chicago, Ofelia Rodriguez of Chicago, Lidia Friederick (Dave) of East Dundee, Raquel Mimms of Waco, TX, Eunice Rodriguez of Sterling, Mario Rodriguez (Victoria) of San Diego, CA and Steve Rodriguez (Anne) of Coolidge, AZ; his grandchildren, Zion Rodriguez, Orion and Leonidas Rodriguez-Dirkes; and his great grandchild Selah Rose Carns.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the McDonald Funeral Home- Rock Falls (1002 12th Ave, Rock Falls, IL 61071). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers plants are greatly appreciated and a memorial has been established.
