He was predeceased by: his parents, James Eubanks and June Eubanks. He is survived by: his children, Matthew Eubanks (Brittany), Leah Eubanks (William Russell) and Micah Eubanks; and his grandsons, Wyatt and Colton.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the DeYoung-Vroegh Funeral Home (649 E 162nd St, South Holland, IL 60473). A funeral service was held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at the Oak Ridge Cemetery (1881 Thornton Lansing Rd, Lansing, IL 60438).
