He is survived by: his father Larry Starr of Washington; his children, Phillip Starr of Spring Lake, Cole Starr of Bartonville, Jordan Starr of Bartonville and Jennifer Gresham; his fiancée Hope Smith of South Pekin; his siblings, Kimberly Starr, Laurie Harris (Starr) and Jeffrey Starr; his stepchildren, Stephanie Havron of Pekin and Michael Johnson; his grandchildren, Lilly, Lucas, Joslyn, Grayson, Alyssa and Andrew Alina; and his great grandchildren, Dustin and Maggie.
