He is survived by: his children, Doug Winters (Andrea) of Waxahachie, TX, Juanita Lumpkin of Pekin, Joe Loeffelmann of Pekin and John Loeffelmann of Pekin; and his cousin Ralph Green. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory (500 N 4th St, Pekin, IL 61554). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Glendale Memorial Gardens (18119 IL-9, Pekin, IL 61554).
