He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen James and Shirley Mae Biggar (Cain); and his brother Everett Biggar. He is survived by: his wife Judy Biggar; his children, Shawn Biggar (Kellie Branch-Dircks) and Marcy Biggar; his grandchildren, Austin Adams and Lauren Dircks; his siblings, Donna Biggar and Tom Biggar; and his close friends, Misty and Callie Jo.
