She is survived by: her children, Steve Chappell (Kerrie) of Marissa, IL and Heather Chappell of Nashville, IL; her grandsons, Andrew and Christopher Chappell; and her siblings, Phyllis Smith (Greg), Anita Bochantin, Kathy Ryterski, John Bochantin and Greg Bochantin. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
