He was predeceased by: his son Derek Bockhorn; his parents, Wayne Bockhorn and Bernice Bockhorn (Eggemeyer); and his wife Judith Bockhorn (Wilson). He is survived by: his grandsons, Thai and Cole Pisutha-Arnond; his sister Diane (Tim Esala); and his friend Bernie Connor.
