He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis and Lillian; and his brother Nevin Kahle. He is survived by: his wife Julie; his sister-in-law Dixie May of Reno, NV; his niece Jennifer Kahle of Texas; and his nephew Daniel Kahle of Springfield, IL. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. John Lutheran Church Organ Fund.
