He is survived by: his wife Deborah Vickers; his daughters, Alexis (Joe), Stephanie Ballheimer (Kenny Hassebrock) and Courtney Ballheimer of Arizona; his brother Gary (Victoria); his grandchildren, Issac Conway, Samantha Ballheimer, Wesley Ballheimer-Hassebrock, Abel Hassebrock, Jaylyn Jausel, Tyson Wilkey and Elissa Wilkey; and his great grandchildren, Kaleb, Cambrie and Elizabeth.
