He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva and Olinda; his siblings, Orval Wagner and Linda Sue Wagner; and his sister-in-law Betty Wagner.
He is survived by: his wife Sara Ann; his children, Bruce Wagner (Vickie), James "Shawn" Wagner of Tilden, IL, Joseph "Shane" Wagner (Sandy) of Tilden, IL, Michael Eric Wagner (Barb) of Waterloo, IL and Laura Thompson; his brother Roland Wagner of Chester, IL; and his sister-in-law Margaret Wagner. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren.
