Karleen Byington Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Karleen Byington of Sparta, Illinois, who passed away on February 23, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Saal and Gracie Saal (Winterbottom); her husband Luther J. Byington; and her sister Jean Ann Kiefer. She is survived by: her children, Kendra Beattie (Brian) of Steeleville, IL and Bert Byington of Sparta, IL; her grandchildren, Janae Yates (Tim), Hillary Heaton (Tyler Mettler), Kenny Heaton, Leah Hammonds (Randy), Ellie Kirk (Rob) and Drew Byington; and her sister Bonnie Cundiff of Sparta, IL.. She is also survived by her eight great grandchildren.
