He is survived by: his wife Nedra N. Todd; his sons, Michael Heine (Carrie) of Bedford, KY and Donald Heine (Julie) of Sesser; and his grandchildren, Kenneth Heine, Timothy Heine, Christopher Downing, Katherine Heine, Mary Keeton, Thomas Heine, Jason Rice, Amanda Searby and Victoria Halfacre. He is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren.
Friends may make memorials to Randolph County Humane Society or Cutler Cemetery and will be accepted at the funeral home.
