He is survived by: his wife Carol Chance; his daughters, Cathy Roberts and Lisa Roberts-Alms (John Alms); his grandchildren, Kristin McTavish, Shanna Jeffers, Curtis Forcum and Nicolas Forcum; his great grandchildren, Paige, Taylor, Lexi and Curtis, Jr.; his great great grandchildren, Jeremiah, Skylynn, Kayden, Aria and Mason; and his brother Jim Roberts (Mary Lou).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests with gratitude that memorial contributions be made to Hospice of Southern Illinois and/or the Randolph County Animal Shelter.
