Mary Lou Creath Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Lou Creath of Sparta, Illinois, who passed away on December 29, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Mary shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Mary farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Dean Draper and La Verne Draper (Burris); her husband Harold Ralph Creath; and her brother-in-law Earl Creath. She is survived by: her daughter Roberta Lee (Larry); her granddaughters, Venessa Ross (Tony) and Jessica Leonard (Cleve); her brother Wallace Dean Draper (Nancy); and her sister-in-law Barbara Creath. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
