She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Ardell and Wanda; her son Michael A. Loyd Sr.; her grandson Michael A. Loyd Jr.; and her siblings, Roland Eaton and Carolynn Phillips.

She is survived by: her children, Ed Loyd (Betty) of Walsh, IL and Dena Fortner (Sam) of Sparta, IL; and her siblings, Richard Eaton (Mary) and Betty Farris. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
