He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Reid and Gladys Hodge (McNabney); his brother-in-law David Leming; his uncle Donald "Doc" McNabney; and his aunt Florence Lysaght.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Hodge (Blair) of Sparta; his daughter Rhea Baxter (Steve) of Imperial, MO; his brother Bob Hodge (Judy) of Clearwater, FL; his nephew Rob Hodge (Summer) of Frisco, TX; his nieces, Melissa Ostapowicz (Mark) of Oldsmar, FL and Christine Toben (Kevin) of St. Louis, MO; and his siblings-in-law, Elaine Leming of Sparta, Connie Blair (Jim Rossiter) of Sebastian, FL and Paul Blair of Robinsonville, MS.
Visitation was held on Monday, May 4th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church (611 W Broadway St, Sparta, IL 62286). A funeral service was held on Monday, May 4th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
