He was predeceased by: his parents, Franz Bernhard and Maria Bernhard (Wagenbaver). He is survived by: his wife Marianne Kinzer; his children, Susan and Steve; his grandson Ryan; and his sister Rosa Ernst (John). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Thompson Spring Grove Funeral Home (8103 Wilmot Rd, Spring Grove, IL 60081). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
