He is survived by : his wife Joan M. May; his daughter Kelly Popelka; and his siblings, Mary Gosse (late Orville), Theresa Greskoviak (late Richard), Rita Popelka, Vincent Popelka (Sue), Edward Popelka and Robert Popelka (late Esther). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
