He is survived by: his parents, Timothy DeGroot (Madeline) and Bonnie Kaufman (Timothy); his sister Morgan DeGroot; his grandmother Jenny Clark; his aunts, Judith Arrow (Lloyd), Ann Meyers (Tom) and Marian (late Daniel DeGroot); and his cousins, John, Zach Arrow, Bailey, Brock Meyers and Danielle DeGroot.
