Betty Dzierzynski Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Betty Dzierzynski of Spring Valley, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 29, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Galiher and Velma Galiher (Porter); her daughter Connie Skerston; and her siblings, Ralph, Anne, Edna, Bonnie, Patricia, Hazel and Mary Jane.
She is survived by: her husband LeRoy Dzierzynski of Anne's Catholic Church; her sons, Greg Dzierzynski (Carmen) and Mark Dzierzynski (Peggy); her grandchildren, Amber Dzierzynski, Haley Kristensen, Lydia Skerston, Cory and Jeremy Turinetti; and her sister Kathryn Selbrede. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Nativity of Our Lord Parish (St. Anthony Church) (510 Richard A Mautino Dr, Spring Valley, IL 61362). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests any donations in Betty's memory be directed to her family.
