He is survived by: his wife Joy Marie Jacobs (Stima); his children, Jodi Mills (Brady), David Joseph Jacobs (Donna), Molly Mills (Jeff) and Daniel Robert Jacobs; and his grandchildren, Samantha Lizarraga (Mills), Cassandra Dominguez (Mills), Dylan Jacobs, Danielle Jacobs, Ethan Mills and Connor Mills.
