In the sacred silence of farewell, Elaine is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard E. Phalen and Florence M. Phalen (Girard); and her siblings, William, James, Richard, Helen and Carole.
She is survived by: her friend Ristorante. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Barto Funeral Home (120 W Cleveland St, Spring Valley, IL 61362).
