He was predeceased by: his parents, Harlie Boucher and Joann Boucher (Condie); and his brother Jack A. Halberg. He is survived by: his children, Harlie Boucher Jr. (Amorette) of Hilliard, OH, Jennifer Clark (Joe) and Traci Kryzanski of Winnebago, IL; his grandchildren, Zoie Boucher, Megan and Mason Clark; and his siblings, Lisa Franklin (Jerry) of LaSalle, Cindy Trench (Jim) of Dalzell, Marla Ahmad of LaSalle, Jim Halberg (Sandy) of Oglesby and Jason Halberg (Angela) of Pontiac.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Barto Funeral Home (120 W Cleveland St, Spring Valley, IL 61362). A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Miller Cemetery.
